Friends, I'm having a hard time putting this experience into words. So let me start by saying: IT WAS AMAZING!! This two-day Nasa Social event was something truly special. I saw so much and learned so much, and I met the most amazing people. I got the chance to be a true space enthusiast with 54 other folks who shared a similar level of excitement for the space program. What is NASA’s Deep Space Atomic Clock..and Why do We Need One to Travel in Space?

Keeping proper time is everything here on earth, especially in this digital age.  The whole world is very connected, one big neighborhood really. National Air & Space Museum Announces Details for #Apollo50th Five-Day Celebration!

The National Air and Space Museum announced additional details for the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing! The museum’s five-day celebration in Washington, D.C., will include the “Apollo 50 Festival” on the National Mall, July 18­–20. Anniversary events will culminate July 20 with a late-night event at the museum to celebrate the exact time the first steps occurred. My hubby and I each turn 50 this year, and we are blessed to do so. I went first with my birthday being having just happened in April, and his is in October.
