Cheers to more water!

Okay, so I know that I need to increase my water intake….who doesn’t? Nevertheless, I will quickly defer to other liquids if I’m not deliberate about it ( think: tea)

I have been doing a couple of fitness challenges for the past month or so, and it has been so helpful to to do a particular exercise in increasing increments and to see real progress. Why not apply that same principle to increasing my helping of H2O?

It has been pretty simple to use, and the app itself is free (or $.99…I forget which!) Either way, it is quite worth it, and I am on day 3 of my 30 day challenge to drink more water.
